Drain coolant system.
You can leave thermostat in
place or remove thermostat if you desire, doing
so speeds up entire the repair process.
Thermostat
can be reinstalled
after the repair process is
complete. After draining, run clean
water through
system
and re-drain. If you have tried another
sealer always be sure to use our Titan Flush Agent
to remove any silicate-based sealers prior to
starting the Titan repair process…
Next, add Titan Head Gasket Sealer
®
to system
and fill with water. Start the engine and allow to idle
with sealers running through system for 20 minutes.
Then turn-off engine and allow to cool. This is called
a “run-cycle” perform 3 run-cycles back-to-back
then drive for 10-20 minutes keeping speeds below
45mph. Then check progress of repair. You can
continue these run-cycles and drive times until all
symptoms have been corrected or you have reached
a total of 15 run-cycles. If all symptoms have been
corrected, drain sealer out of system and refill with
new coolant/antifreeze. Some vehicles may require
more sealer to achieve a full-seal, contact us for a

Transmission Products:
Our Radiator & Block Stop-Leak is formulated for
coolant leaks in areas other-than the head gasket.
This is due to curing temperature difference
between the Radiator & Block Stop-Leak and our
Head Gasket Repair Sealer. So, if your coolant is
leaking from areas like the radiator, hoses, coolant
gaskets, heater core, block-drain, freeze plugs, etc,
this product will work to cure your leak. If your
engine coolant is leaking from the head gasket be
sure to use our Head Gasket Repair Sealer product…
This is an easy to
use pour-n-go “non-silicate”,
“non-water-glass” formula.
Simply, add to your
existing coolant & antifreeze and leave-in forever.
It is best to add directly to radiator instead of over
-flow tank. If no radiator cap, simply disconnect
engine-side of the upper radiator hose leaving
other-side of hose still connected to the radiator
and pour contents into hose then reattach the
hose. Allow up to 150 to 200 miles of normal
driving to reach full a full seal. Typical repair-life
is up to 3 years.
This is a very advanced product. It is the only oil
stop-leak which can be used in both engine oil
applications and hydraulic fluid systems. No other
brand on the planet can offer this ability. Titan Oil
Stop-Leak has been formulated to offer a high
“silicone-content” to the seals. The worn/damaged
seals simply absorb the new “Silicone-Polymer”
they’ve lost over the years and expand to original

Simply add Hi-Strength Oil Stop-Leak to your
existing engine oil, no need to drain any old oil, as
each Oil Stop-Leak bottle is just 8oz. Next, idle
engine for 20 minutes. This is allows the sealer to
start working. After the idle time, simply forget the
sealer is in the system.

sealer so it can stay in the system with no negative
effects until your next oil change or can even be
permanently left-in when used in hydraulic systems.

This is an easy to use pour-n-go formula. If your
engine suffers from loud lifters, valves, or noisy

Simply add to your engines existing engine oil and

If your vehicle is pushing blue or black smoke from
the exhaust, Titan Smoke-Stopper can quickly stop

efficiency. Simply, add to the existing engine oil and
allow up to 75 miles of normal driving to stop the
smoke. Typical repair-life is up to 5 years. This is a
leave-in formula, no need to change engine oil
